I ventured into sourdough just after the new year. Here is the sourdough start to finish. I used 4 cups of 100% hydrated starter, 3.5 cups of additional flour, salt, and oil. I mixed it Monday before work and got to it Monday evening after dinner and cooked it out in my faux masonry hearth oven (on the grill). So here is whipping it into shape. Thanks to Breadtopia.com for the inspiration.
